Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka asked the heads of regional apparatus organizations (OPD) under the Surakarta City Government to be social media literate.This was emphasized by Gibran on the sidelines of the inauguration of five OPD heads at the Surakarta City Hall Complex, Central Java, Friday, April 19.
