Wuling Starts Opening Starlight EV Orders, This Is The Price

JAKARTA - The electric sedan market is starting to get excited in China, it can be seen that several well-known manufacturers have started launching the model, just like the recently launched Xiaomi SU7.

Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Sunday, April 14, now, Wuling is also taking part in the segment by opening a pre-sale of the Starlight pure electric sedan available in two versions, with prices ranging from 109,900 yuan to 119,800 yuan or around Rp249 million to Rp271 million.

In terms of the design offered overall, it's not much different from the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) version, it's just that it's like an electric car, in general, the front design is closed or no grip is embedded.

Meanwhile, the LED lights at noon must be changed to the form 'L', while the side to the back has not changed.

Entering the cabin, consumers will be presented with an 8.8-inch LCD instrument panel, and a 10.1-inch central control cluster for the standard and 15.6-inch versions for the higher version.

In addition, the driver's seat can be adjusted electronically, which means it can provide comfort when driving. There is also a USB charging port that can relieve worry when the phone runs out of power.

Also present are 14 storage spaces and sizes of up to 540 liters.

In more detail, the Wuling Starlight EV comes with a length of 4,835 mm, a width of 1,860 mm and a height of 1515 mm with a wheelbase of 2,800 mm. This one car is embedded with a 100 kW electric motor with lithium batteries ranging from 41.9 kWh and 54.3 kWh.

Thanks to these batteries, they were able to cover a distance of 410 km to 510 km, with a maximum speed of 150 km/hour.

Wuling offers a variety of exterior color choices for this one car, including Star Flame Red, Star Sand Gray, Black Curtain Star, and Starunge Gold.

Later, the new car will officially launch at the Beijing Auto Show which will take place at the end of April 2024.
