President Jokowi Invites Grandchildren Of Animal Introduction Tourism At The Hill Resort
JAKARTA - President Jokowi and Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo invite their grandchildren to enjoy the nuances of nature and animal tourism at The Hill Hotel and Resort, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra (North Sumatra), on Saturday (13/4).
President Jokowi took advantage of the Lebaran holiday and the weekend with his daughter, Kahiyang Ayu, and three grandchildren namely Sedah Mirah Nasution, Panembahan Al Nahyan Nasution, and Panembahan Al Saud Nasution.
"A series of activities were carried out by President Jokowi and his family, starting from feeding harmless small crocodiles under the supervision of experienced officers," said the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat as reported by ANTARA, Sunday, April 14.
A small Laughter was heard when Sedah Mirah stroked the back of the reptile carefully.
"Oh, his tongue came out," President Jokowi exclaimed to his grandson when the reptile stuck out his tongue.
"Weee," replied Sedah Mirah.
President Jokowi then invited his grandson to walk along a wooden bridge that crossed a pool full of colorful koi fish.
They occasionally feed the crowded fish expecting food. There was joy in Nahyan's eyes when the koi fish approached him.
Moving from the pool, Sedah Mirah and Nahyan interacted with a number of birds ranging from owls, parrots, to cockatoos.
The two grandchildren of President Jokowi took turns stroking and feeding the animals. The adventure continues towards the deer's cage. The atmosphere becomes warmer as the deer in their cages approach with the same curiosity.
President Jokowi, with a gentle touch of grandfather, taught his grandchildren how to feed deer with full attention.
Not far from there, the atmosphere became boisterous when President Jokowi's family joined other crowds of visitors on the shores of the lake.
Here they throw slices of bread atEM and ducks that cheerfully swim closer. Elsewhere a number of complexities appear to be sunbathing, flooding their wings gracefully.
Towards noon, President Jokowi and his family left the activity location.
At the end of his visit, President Jokowi and his grandchildren saw two leopard babies which also ended animal recognition tourism.
"Yes, come on," said President Jokowi to his grandchildren and invited them to take the golf cart.
Through this activity, President Jokowi not only enjoys quality time with his family, but also instills important values about environmental sustainability and the introduction of fauna to his grandchildren.
