Two Houses Damaged Due To Landslides In Serpong Tangsel
TANGERANG - Heavy rains that flushed South Tangerang since Thursday afternoon, April 4 resulted in a longsong land disaster in Curug Village RT 06 RW 04, Serpong, South Tangerang. Two houses were reported to have been heavily damaged.
The commander of the South Tangerang City BPBD Task Force, Dian Wiryawan, confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Friday, April 5, in the early hours of the morning.
Diyan confirmed that the cause of the landslide occurred due to the rain that occurred on Thursday, April 4, in the afternoon.
"Two houses were damaged from the eight people who lived in the two houses, one person was injured," said Dian when confirmed, Friday, April 5.

He said that although the victim was injured, the victim was reluctant to be taken to the nearest health center. Because the victim admitted that he only suffered minor injuries.
"The victim didn't want to be taken to the puskesmas. So he was only handled with the first aid," he said.
Currently, BPBD is still wary of further ground movement.
"We remind local residents to always be vigilant, if it rains again which results in further ground movement," he concluded
