Support Local MSMEs, PT GNI And PT SEI Hold The 2024 Ramadan Bazaar

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry (GNI) collaborated with PT Stardust Estate Investment (SEI) to hold the 2024 Ramadan Bazaar which was held for one month, from March 10 to April 6, 2024 at the Al-Barru Mosque complex. This activity aims to support the growth of local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through facilities provided to increase production and competitiveness.

In collaboration with various kinds of MSMEs from villages around the industrial circle of PT GNI, this Ramadan Bazaar presents various MSME products ranging from clothing products, snacks, Ramadan takjil, and other MSME products.

Head of Corporate Communication of PT GNI Mellysa Tanoyo explained that this activity is one of the company's efforts to empower local MSMEs and participate in boosting the local economic sector.

"This Bazaar Ramadan 2024 activity is a form of PT GNI's commitment to help and empower the community around the industrial circle. This bazaar can be used by MSME actors in marketing their products and helping the community meet the needs of Ramadan and preparing ahead of Eid al-Fitr," said Mellysa, in her statement. In a series of events by the Ramadan Bazaar, PT GNI also held various competitions that the surrounding community could participate in, such as the Adhan Contest, the Short Letter False Competition and the Qur'an Tilawatil Musabaqoh (MTQ). This competition aims to increase piety and enthusiasm in undergoing the month of Ramadan.

One of the tenants participating in the 2024 Ramadan Bazaar, Verina Paat, expressed his appreciation to PT GNI and PT SEI for facilitating them in participating and selling their MSME products at this event. Verina also admitted that her sales increased when participating in the 2024 Ramadan Bazaar event.

"Thank you to PT SEI and PT GNI for holding this activity, hopefully this will be the beginning for the company to continue holding activities that can involve us as the surrounding community and can increase the growth of MSMEs like us," said Verina.

Meanwhile, one of the winners of the Short Letter Falang Competition from SDN 02 Bunta Village, Fajri Gumilar expressed his gratitude and gratitude to PT GNI and PT SEI for enlivening Ramadan by holding a competition event and giving him the opportunity to be able to encourage talent in memorizing short letters and provide a new experience for him.

"Thank you for inviting us and holding a competition like this that can hone our skills. I am very happy and grateful to be able to get a prize and win the competition held by PT SEI and PT GNI because from this competition I can add new experiences, train courage and can make new friends," he said.

The Ramadan 2024 Bazaar activity was quite lively and was eagerly awaited by the public, as can be seen from the great enthusiasm of the people who came as tenants and participants in the competition. The competition was closed on Monday, April 1, 2024, by giving prize competitions for the winners.
