NTB Prosecutor's Office Learns The Results Of The Sintung Park Corruption Technical Study From Undip
The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) received the results of a technical study from Diponegoro University Semarang regarding the alleged corruption in the Sintung Park tourist area arrangement project in Central Lombok Regency.
Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, said that the prosecutor's investigators are currently studying the results of the technical study.
"Yes, investigators have received the results (technical studies), now they are still being studied," said Efrien in Mataram, NTB, Thursday, April 4, quoted by Antara.
He said investigators would also follow up on the technical study to the inspectorate to see potential state losses.
"The NTB Inspectorate is here, not BPKP. Yes, we are still limited to coordination, we have not asked for an official audit," he said.
Based on the search results from the Central Lombok Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) page, the Sintung Park project was carried out by CV Tri Daya Utama, which is located in Praya, Central Lombok Regency.
CV Tri Daya Utama, who worked on the project in Sintung Village, Pringgara District, Central Lombok Regency, emerged as the winner of the auction with an offering price of IDR 3.89 billion from the estimated price (HPS) of IDR 4.91 billion.

The HPS value is the result of the preparation of a project commitment-making official (PPK) at the Central Lombok Tourism Office.
The projects that cost billions of rupiah include the construction of roads, places of worship, parking, toilets, culinary plazas, souvenir kiosks, visitor areas, landscape arrangement, and viewing towers.
In the process of being worked on in 2021, it is reported that the project had stalled due to arrears in the payment of workers' wages, which amounted to around Rp126 million.
