KPK Has A Time Limit Of 40 Working Days Tindk Follows Up On The Report Of Alleged Bahlil Lahadalia Main Mining
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that the report from the Mining Advocacy Network (JATAM) regarding the alleged corruption that dragged the name of the Minister of Investment/Head of BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia continues to process. However, they need time to analyze after the submission is made.
"That's still a complaint from the public. Public complaints are a limit of 40 working days," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri as quoted Wednesday, April 3.
After that, the anti-corruption commission will submit the results to the reporter. Publication of the follow-up report will not be carried out.
"And indeed technically we cannot then publish it. Furthermore, the results of coordination and communication (only carried out, ed) with the reporting party even though friends know who the reporter is," he said.
This same mechanism has been carried out for a long time on other public reports. Ali said the KPK would not compare one complaint with another.
"We cannot convey that in detail. It is the same when later investigated, from public complaints, for example in other cases, we certainly cannot convey that," said the spokesman with the prosecutor's background.
