Israeli Airstrike Kills A Number Of Iranian Diplomats In Syria

JAKARTA - A number of Iranian diplomats died after Israeli airstrikes hit the Iranian Consulate General building in Damascus, Syria, Iran's official media IRIB reported.

As reported by ANTARA, Monday, April 1, earlier on the same day, Reuters reported the attack killed Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commander Mohammad Reza Zahedi.

Meanwhile, a Syrian security source told Sputnik the airstrikes killed at least two people.

According to IRIB, the attack killed a number of Iranian diplomats but the media added that the report had not been confirmed.
