Now Bank DKI Customers Can Withdraw Cash Without Cards At BRI ATMs

JAKARTA Bank DKI has again shown its commitment to providing the best service to customers, especially in digital services. Through collaboration with PT Jalin Payment Nusantara (Jalin), now Bank DKI customers can do Cardless Cash Withdrawal or cash withdrawals without a card at all BRI ATM networks in Indonesia.

The collaboration was marked by the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) carried out by the Director of Technology & Operations concurrently Acting (Plt.) President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono and Commercial Director of PT Jalin Payment Nusantara, Eko Dedi Rukminto in Jakarta on Thursday, March 28.

Director of Technology & Operations concurrently Acting (Plt.) President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono welcomed the collaboration between Bank DKI and Bank BRI and PT Jalin Payment Nusantara.

"This collaboration aims to provide convenience transactions to Bank DKI customers. Through the Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) feature accommodated by Jalin on the JakOne Mobile application, Bank DKI customers can now easily withdraw cash without a card on BRI Bank ATM networks throughout Indonesia," said Amirul.

Meanwhile, the Commercial Director of PT Jalin Payment Nusantara, Eko Dedi Rukminto, also gave a positive view of the strategic cooperation established by stating that the Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) feature from Jalin provides convenience for Bank DKI customers to transact at thousands of BRI ATMs throughout Indonesia.

"This step supports interconnection and interoperability between Bank DKI and Bank BRI to expand access to financial services," said Eko.

The benefits of this collaborative initiative are very significant for both parties, both Bank DKI and Bank BRI. Bank DKI will benefit in terms of expanding services to customers, improving the quality of Bank DKI services, and strengthening relations with existing Bank DKI customers. This also allows Bank DKI to expand its market share and increase its competitive advantage in the banking industry while actively expanding outside the Jabodetabek area.

On the other hand, Bank BRI will also benefit from this partnership. By opening access to cash withdrawals without a card to Bank DKI customers across its ATM network, BRI will have the opportunity to increase the volume of transactions and use of their ATM services.

For information, previously the cardless cash withdrawal feature could be used to make cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and other bank ATMs in collaboration, such as BCA and BNI with the Prima logo. In addition, cardless cash withdrawal transactions can also be carried out through Indomaret cashiers throughout the network spread across Indonesia.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi emphasized that the expansion of service access through the JakOne Mobile application shows Bank DKI's commitment to continue to innovate in providing secure, easy and fast digital banking services.

"Bank DKI always strives to adapt to the needs of the community in the era of digitization, with the hope that it will continue to be a preferred bank and be relied on by the public in terms of financial services," concluded Arie.
