Gerindra Bantah Prabowo Offers Ministerial Seats To Ganjar And Anies
JAKARTA - Gerindra Party Daily Chair Sufmi Dasco Ahmad denied reports that presidential candidates who won the 2024 presidential election Prabowo Subianto offered ministerial seats to Ganjar Pranowo and Anies Baswedan.
Ganjar and Anies are Prabowo's competitors who are currently filing a lawsuit against the Constitutional Court (MK).
"The news then conveyed is not true," said Dasco, Wednesday, March 27.
The chairman of the Strategic Coordinator of TKN Prabowo-Gibran emphasized that Prabowo had not offered a better minister's office to Ganjar Pranowo and Anies Baswedan. In fact, he said, the composition of the cabinet has not yet been discussed with coalition political parties.
"For that (the offer of seats, ed) we have never confirmed, or have never offered Pak Ganjar or Pak Anies a seat in the cabinet," said Dasco.
Previously, presidential candidate number 3Ganjar Pranowo claimed to be offered entry in Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka's cabinet which has been determined by the KPU as the winner of the 2024 presidential election.

Ganjar admitted that he had rejected the offer and preferred to be outside the government if the Constitutional Court's decision did not change the KPU's decision.
"I thank you, it is better to give it to the winner to freely vote and it is much better if the group that supports it is prioritized, not me, not unfair," said Ganjar in Jakarta, Tuesday, March 26.
Meanwhile, Presidential Candidate number 1 Anies Baswedan said he remained on the line of change when asked about his future political steps.
"Is there an offer? Indeed there is an offer? I said I would continue to be on the line of change," said Anies in the South Jakarta area, Tuesday, March 19.
