Increase Revenue In 2024, HERO Will Increase Outlets
JAKARTA - Retail issuers managing the Hero Supermarket network, IKEA, Guardian, PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. (HERO) said it would expand in the form of adding outlets in 2024.
HERO Head of Corporate and Consumer Affairs Diky Risbianto said he had prepared capital expenditure (capex) to add new outlets. However, he has not been able to mention the exact figures regarding the capex to be issued in 2024.
"The biggest portion of capex is for adding outlets, especially for friends from the Guardian," he said Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
Diky said that HERO's largest business is currently contributed by the Guardian, which is 340 outlets, Hero Supermarket 23 outlets and IKEA 7 outlets spread throughout the country.
According to Diky, Hero Group's revenue during Ramadan has increased, especially from Guardian and Hero Supermarket revenue which has a big contribution to the company's overall revenue.
"The largest portion is still in the Guardian and HERO, yes, it increases during Ramadan. Because the trend of beauty and health products is increasing for food and beverages, it has also become a basic need, so we indeed see that beauty and health as well as the largest food," he said.
Diky conveyed that with a comprehensive series of products from HERO Group, his party hopes to provide practical solutions and significant added value for consumers.

Diky conveyed the addition of outlets by HERO Group this year, especially from the health and beauty sector business line, namely the Guardian.
Head of Marketing Guardian Indonesia, Malvin Tarigan said that until the first quarter of 2024, the Guardian Indonesia has opened at least 6 new outlets spread across Indonesia.
"Yang sudah terbuka 6 (gerai) di tahun ini untuk kuartal pertama tahun ini, yang pastinya akan bertambah, pasti lebih dari 6. Yang past yakin tak jauh dari tahun lalu, karena tahun lalu kita penambahan sekitar 40-an (gerai)," tutur Malvin.
