Update Ranking BWF: Lanny/Ribka Up Four Ranks
JAKARTA Indonesian women's doubles, Lanny Tria Mayasari/Ribka Sugiarto, rose four places in the latest BWF rankings after leaving as Swiss Open 2024 champion last weekend.
BWF has released its latest ranking on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. This ranking was issued after the Swiss Open 2024 Super 300 level was completed on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
In the latest ranking, the Lanny/Ribka pair rose and sat in the 28th position in the world rankings. The total points they have now collected are 42,821.

Meanwhile, Meilysa Trias Puspitasari/Rachel Alllessya Rose, who won at the Orleans Masters 2024 the week before, dropped one place to 31st place with 44,276 points.
Gregoria Mariska Tunjung and the men's doubles Bagas Maulana/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri have not changed. These two representatives are runners-up at the 2024 Swiss Open.
Gregoria is still in eighth position with a collection of 72,800 points, while Bagas/Fikri remain in ninth position with a total of 73,739 points.

This latest ranking does not change at all the players in the top position. The top three in consecutive men's singles are still occupied by Viktor Axelsen (Denmark), Shi Yuqi (China), and Anthony Sinisuka Ginting (Indonesia).
In the women's singles sector, An Se-young still fills the top spot. The badminton player from South Korea was followed by Chen Yufei (China) and Tai Tzu Ying (China Taipei).
Then, in the top three men's doubles, the couple is inhabited by Satwiksairaj Rankireddy/Chirag Shetty (India), Kang Min-hyuk/Seo Seung-jae (South Korea), and Liang Wei Kayum/Wang Chang (China).
Then, the women's doubles number one still belongs to Chen Qingchen/Jia Yifan (China). Two positions after that were filled by Baek Ha-na/Lee So-hee (South Korea) and Sumi Matsuyama/Chiharu Shida (Japan).
Finally, the mixed doubles of the highest place is occupied by Zheng Siwei/Huang Yaqiong (China). Following the pair are Yuta Watanabe/Arisa Higashino (Japan) and Feng Yan Zhe/Huang Dong Ping (China).
