Tyson Fury Diet Ahead Of Usyk's Opponent, Triggers Extraordinary Body Transformation

JAKARTA - Tyson Fury underwent a diet program ahead of the duel against Oleksandr Usyk on May 18, 2024 in Saudi Arabia. The diet program triggers extraordinary body transformation.

Previously, Fury nutritionist Greg Marriott had warned boxing fans that they would see the 35-year-old boxer with a different look.

The diet is directed that Fury has enough energy to train, but also maintains a reasonable weight.

Marriott explained that Fury was actually in an extraordinary condition, but he needed to lose more weight before battling Usyk.

"I can promise, you will see a different Tyson Fury."

"Whatever I ordered Tyson, he just obeyed it. He put 100 percent confidence in me."

"So, for Tyson actually, there's no challenge because he knows he's going to be in top shape. He's already there, doing it and getting it."

"I think for this match, he just thought 'I just want to be back great'. Because of that, great feelings also arise to be able to finish the rounds."

"He's happier to know that he's already in an incredible condition now."

"He doesn't need to think about losing weight again. We've done it. I've lost weight," Marriot told Men's Health.

Later, Fury did upload various photos of a bland lunch.

During a diet, he only eats once or twice a day. It's different before the diet where Fury can eat up to six times a day.

The diet menu includes two slices of grilled bread, avocado butter by Tabasco fresh garlic and black pepper for breakfast, as well as fresh plum tomatoes andndered sausages without fat beef.

Breakfast can also include oatmeals and protein with fresh beans and chia seeds, as well as chicken eggs.

For dinner, Fury serves 400 gram steak files with Dijon mustard, as well as grilled vegetables including broccoli, asparagus, and bits.

Last year, Fury faced criticism for his body condition after he failed to achieve an absolute victory against Francis Ngannou.

He had fallen even though he could rise and continue the fight until the last round. In the end, Fury won controversially with a separate decision.

However, the next fight against Usyk in the heavyweights will fight for the first undisputed title in 24 years. The duel presents a total prize of 100 million pounds.

Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk will enter the ring with his WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO titles, while Fury will defend his WBC heavyweight title.
