RD6 Horizon Radar, Electric Pickup Car With Acceleration 0-100 Km/hour Less Than 5 Seconds
JAKARTA - Geely, an automotive company from China launched the dual cabin electric pickup model Radar Horizon RD6 with all wheels moving (AWD). Orders for this vehicle have also been opened.
Reporting from CarNewsChina, Monday, March 25, this car has a number of differences with the previous version with rear wheels moving (RWD), one of which now has the large RADAR written on the front goal. In addition, there is a 4WD emblem on the back door.
This car has a length dimension of 5,260 mm, a width of 1,900 mm, a height of 1,880 mm, and a wheelbase of 3,120 mm. Thus, this car has an extensive cargo space of 1,200 liters.
The RD6 Horizon Radar has seven driving modes, including off-road mode which really helps vehicles travel on muddy, uphill, or mound tracks.
This pickup is driven by a high performance dual electric motor system with a combined power of 315 kW and a peak torque of 594 Nm, so that it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour in 4.5 seconds with the highest speed reaching 190 km/hour.

Not only concerned with performance, this car also has an inundation depth of 815 mm, an unloaded climbing degree of 95 percent and a climbing degree of up to 65 percent. Radar Horizon also has a turning radius of up to 3.5 meters.
In addition, this electric car also has the release of a super-external function that can generate a maximum power of 21 kW enabling this pickup to operate as a source of electric power for various activities.
Although the price has not been disclosed, it is estimated that the AWD version will be more expensive when compared to the RWD version. As an illustration, the RWD Radar Horizon is priced from 145,800 yuan to 268,800 yuan (equivalent to Rp319.8 million to 589.6 million).
