Seeing Neta's 10-Year Journey, Chinese EV Startup Expansion To Various Countries
JAKARTA - Chinese car manufacturer Neta Overseas has made 10 years of travel to deliver electric vehicles with innovation and smart technology.
Starting in 2014 by adhering to the principles of 'Tech For All', Neta managed to make history and achieved a series of major achievements in various parts of the world.
In fact, it has succeeded in reaching the international market to various countries, as well as making NETA the number one EV startup brand in China in 2022 with sales figures reaching 150,000 units in the Chinese market.
Taking A Peek At Neta's Journey
In a written statement, Saturday, March 23, the long journey was to become one of the electric car bases that had been present in various countries. Starting in 2014,bolon, which later developed into a Neta founded in China.

In the same year, Neta produced and launched their first product, N01. Innovation continues to flow by presenting also two models at once for the SUV segment, namely Neta U and Neta V in 2020, which further strengthens Neta's position as an EV startup in electric car technology.
Continued in 2020, Neta began expansion globally and managed to enter the automotive market in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa.
Neta is even believed to be the first EV startup company to design a right-leaning model to meet the demand for the Southeast Asian market. Global expansion will be even more evident in 2022, officially attending Thailand until it sets up its first plant for ASEAN export needs.

Neta's achievements in Thailand were not kidding, NETA achieved sales of up to 10,565 units in just 10 months, so managed to rank 2nd as Best Selling EV in 2023.
Not only that, but Neta also received a number of prestigious awards including the Best Hatchback EV by Thailand's Annual Award and Platinum Award by MUSE.
Neta's achievements include not only geographical expansion, but also include export sales figures in the electric car industry. Neta managed to lead as the top exporter among Chinese startup car companies by 2023, with global shipments reaching 15,913 units and having more than 100 sales channels in various countries.
With this market expansion, Neta has succeeded in making total cumulative sales of up to 380,000 units in the domestic and global markets since its initial presence.
Neta Enters Indonesia and expands to neighboring countries
In 2023, Neta began to expand her wings with her debut in Indonesia through the prestigious GAIKINDO Indonesia International Automotive Show (GIIAS) 2023 event. Neta's commitment to the Indonesian market is not only to carry electric cars with advanced technology, but also to work with PT Handal Indonesia Motor to assemble cars locally, namely CKD for the Indonesian market.
Not only Indonesia, in 2024 Neta will go further by signing a collaboration for the construction of its third local factory in Malaysia which is scheduled to start production in 2025.
