The Minister Of Communication And Information And The Minister Of Trade Visited The Indonesian DCI E1 Data Center
JAKARTA - The Minister of Communication and Information (Kominfo) of the Republic of Indonesia, Budi Arie Setiadi, and the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, Zulkifli Hasan, visited the E1 Data Center of PT DCI Indonesia Tbk in Ariobimo Sentral, Kuningan, Jakarta.
This visit marks the important role of DCI Indonesia as the leader of the national data center industry over the past 1 decade with a very strong track record and high competence.
"The government supports the growth of the data center ecosystem in Indonesia and hopes that all data centers in Indonesia will at least meet tier IV standards to answer the needs of the country's digital economy," said Minister of Communications and Informatics, Budi Arie Setiadi, quoted on Thursday, March 21.
The presence of E1 in downtown Jakarta has increased the capacity and quality of digital services, and is proof of local competence in the IT sector.
"Data centers such as E1 are very important to support the growth of the e-commerce industry and the digital economy in Indonesia. E1 will help increase Indonesia's business competitiveness in the regional realm by providing reliable data center infrastructure and operations," said Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan.
