JAKARTA - Singer Andien Aisyah shared ways to maintain body condition in the middle of fasting during the month of Ramadan, her version.

The first thing he does is try not to eat sweet foods immediately when it's time to break the fast.

"First, what kind of fast depends on what we eat. So try to break the fast, we don't eat sweetly right away," said Andien Aisyah in the Panglima Polim area, South Jakarta, Wednesday, March 20.

Not only sweet foods, Andien also suggested not eating foods that contain flour and fried foods. This must be accompanied by drinking 2.5 to 3 liters of water.

"If you can try to avoid flour and fried because it makes us really thirsty. So when we open until dawn, we try to drink 2.5 to 3 liters of water," said Andien.

Finally, it's not just food that must be considered when fasting. Andien said to increase the breath through the nose.

According to Andien, this can help those of us fasting to help endure hunger, thirst to dry mouth.

"Get more breathing with your nose, we accidentally like to take a breath with our mouths. That's what makes our fast almost exhausted, easy to hungry, dry mouth and so on," said Andien.
