JAKARTA - PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX), a leading automotive and transportation consumer company in Indonesia today, Wednesday, March 20, held a Joint Iftar in Media Gathering 2024 which was attended by a number of management officials of the Company Group and various media personnel, both national, automotive and lifestyle, at The Elysium Rooftop dining & Lounge, Lippo Kuningan, Jakarta.
Thanks Kartika, MPMX's CFO Group opened the event by welcoming media colleagues and expressing their gratitude from MPMX for the media support so far.

MPMinsurance conveyed that the latest developments related to consistent digital transformation are carried out to improve the business process so as to facilitate the issuance of digital policies and digital claims. Digital innovation continues to be carried out to improve and maximize customer experience on all digital platforms MPMinsurance and bring services closer to customers.
There is also a new calculation simulation feature on the MPMinsurance website, so now customers can calculate the simulation of the desired insurance plan quickly and easily. In the month of Ramadan 2024, MPMinsurance presents a special promo in the form of a 25 percent discount for each car insurance purchase.
During 2023, MPMRent managed to obtain and maintain several ISO certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SMK3, all of which were proofs that MPMRent prioritized its services for its customers. This is also evidenced by the achievement of MPMRent in 2023 where there was an increase in the number of new subscribers by 35 percent which pushed an increase in the total fleet by 11.9 percent and an increase in the number of drivers by 9.5 percent.
Until December 2023, the number of utilized fleets was 13,385 units. In 2024 MPMRent plans to strengthen and enlarge the network by adding branch offices in Balikpapan. PT Balai Lelang Asta Nara Jaya (AUKSI), which is a subsidiary of MPMRent, explained the brilliant achievement in 2023 where the total number of units sold was recorded to have increased by 23 percent with the total number of new customers increasing by 39 percent and the total number of buyers increased by 27 percent.
Seeing this positive result, in 2024 the AUKSI will expand its reach by opening new offices in Pekanbaru and Palembang. Reported back to the Titip Selling program in AUKSI which of course will provide several advantages such as more profitable selling prices, relatively faster selling units, easy and safe selling storage processes, fast disbursement processes.
