TKN Optimistic In Facing The Presidential Election Lawsuit Proposed By Anies-Cak Imin, Ganjar-Mahfud
JAKARTA - The Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) is optimistic that it will face a lawsuit over the 2024 election dispute that will be filed by the presidential and vice presidential candidates, Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud, to the Constitutional Court (MK).
"So far, what we have experienced, we are optimistic, that the lawsuits that will then be filed, will be us or we can go through well," said TKN Prabowo-Gibran Strategic Coordinator, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad to reporters, Wednesday, March 20.
Dasco said that basically the election dispute lawsuit against the Constitutional Court was indeed a route regulated by law when it was not satisfied with the results announced by the General Elections Commission (KPU).
Therefore, as a team that carries one of the candidates, TKN will face the lawsuit.
"Therefore, the lawsuits against the Constitutional Court are legal. And we respond well," he said.
