AMD Zen 5 Leaks, Successor Of Zen 4 Processor Architecture
JAKARTA Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), a computer processor developer, launched the Zen 4 processor architecture in 2022. Reportedly in the near future, AMD will launch Zen 5.
Quoting from Makeuseof, AMD Zen 5 will be present in the second half of this year. This news was confirmed directly by an unnamed company representative. Zen 4 architecture was also launched at the beginning of the second half.
High Yield, a fairly popular leaker of AMD information, said that Zen 5 will be launched between April and June. Other rumors say that Zen 5 will launch in Computex 2024.
In addition to information about its launch time, some sources say that Zen 5 will launch with the Ryzen 9000 series processor. This chipset is an upgrade from Zen 4 which launched Ryzen 7000.

Meanwhile, Performancedatabases recently revealed that Zen 5 Strix Point has four performance cores and eight efficient cores. This performance and efficiency support is similar to Intel's E-core and P-core.
It is not yet known whether the big.LITTLE architecture will survive on the 9000 desktop series. However, this design has been used in the Ryzen 8500G and 8300G processors. Therefore, it is very possible if the design is used in the 5th dichipZen.
The last rumor about Zen 5 is that the AMD AM5 Socket motherboard is compatible with the architecture. All this information has never been clearly confirmed by AMD, so we still need to wait for the official announcement.
