Threads Launching Trending Now Feature In US

JAKARTA After being tested in early February, Threads finally launched the Trending Now feature. Now, users of the chat application developed by Instagram can see trends in real-time. Instagram Head Adam Mosseri announced the launch of this feature on Wednesday, March 20. He said that this feature was only available in the United States, but did not explain when the feature would be launched in other countries., previously known as Twitter, this feature can be seen on the search page, precisely under the search box. This trending topic will be compiled with serial numbers next to it.

Interestingly, each topic will have a brief description on Trending Now. Threads users can learn about the topic's discussion without the need to open the topic one by one and check the related uploads. Besides being placed on the search page, Now Trending will also be placed on the page for you feed. This placement makes Now Trending a little different when compared to its competing platform, namely X. When the user scrolls the screen to view Threads from various users, the account owner will see a row of Trending Now features. Threads will also display a brief description of the topic discussion.
