OIKN Proposes Additional Budget Of IDR 3.5 Trillion This Year
The Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) proposes an additional budget of IDR 3.5 trillion in 2024.
This was stated by the Head of OIKN Bambang Susantono in a Hearing Meeting with Commission II of the DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, March 18.
Bambang said that the additional budget proposal would be used to accommodate and manage the infrastructure facilities of ministries/agencies which would later be submitted to OIKN.
"We proposed an additional budget of IDR 3.5 trillion, mainly to accommodate and manage infrastructure facilities which will later be handed over to us from other k/l," said Bambang.
"Here it looks the largest (budget) in the field of facilities and infrastructure," he continued.
In detail, the budget will be used for several fields which include the field of facilities and infrastructure reaching Rp2.1 trillion, the field of the environment and natural resources of Rp457.2 billion and the socio-cultural and empowerment sector of Rp57.4 billion.

Then, the field of green and digital transformation amounted to Rp864.3 billion and the field of planning and land reached Rp15.03 billion.
Separately, OIKN also proposed an additional budget for employee expenditure needs of IDR 112 billion.
"Especially those whose expenditure needs for employees are currently still waiting for approval from the Ministry of Finance," he said.
As for 2024, OIKN will get a budget ceiling of IDR 434 billion. The budget then gets a blocking of 5 percent or IDR 21.7 billion, so that the current OIKN effective ceiling is IDR 412 billion.
