A Total Of 17 Regions In South Sulawesi Achieve Adipura, Acting Governor: Defending, That's The Responsibility

The Adipura 2023 Award was won by 17 districts and cities in South Sulawesi from 24 regions in the region. Acting Governor of South Sulawesi Bahtiar Bahharuddin welcomed this achievement and was proud of this achievement.

Accompanied by the South Sulawesi Police Chief and the South Sulawesi DLHK Head, he handed over the award and congratulated the regents and mayors, in the South Sulawesi Governor's Office Leadership Meeting Room, Friday.

Regencies and cities that won awards, namely Palopo, Maros, East Luwu, Pinrang, Bantaeng, Selayar Islands, Bulukumba, Wajo, Makassar, Pangkajene and Islands (Pangkep), Barru, Parepare, Sidrap, Soppeng, Enrekang, Bone and Sinjai.

"Indeed, we are very happy today, because in the history of South Sulawesi this is the first time Adipura has bought 17 regencies and cities, usually won by Central Java Province, a region with many regencies and cities. So we are the national champions," he said.

He conveyed that Adipura has many aspects of assessment because it is supported by the people, the social environment and its government.

"This uniform also contains the responsibility to maintain this," he said.

The provincial government supports all the best achievements in the district and city. So that the function of the provincial government as the representative of the central government becomes a bridge between the central government and the district and city governments. Bahtiar emphasized the synergy and coordination of programs and activities.
