KTM R8 RC 2024, Motorcycle Racing That Can Only Be Owned By 100 Customers In The World

JAKARTA - KTM has just introduced the RC 8C 2024 model as a motorcycle designed for performance inspired by the Grand Prix theme. Not only that, this iron horse is also provided on a limited basis.

Reporting from the official KTM website, Friday, March 15, this motorbike is available only 100 units globally and assembled from expert hands. In addition, RC R8 has a number of the best racing components so that it realizes the essence of 100 percent ready to be tested on racing tracks.

This motorbike carries a bodywork from CarbonEVelar which is inspired by RC16, the KTM team racing motorbike which is included in the MotoGP event. R8 RC also has a number of components that support reliable control.

The front itself is a closed fork cartridge WP Apex Pro 7543 43 mm of high performance designed for use on track with different driving experiences from others.

Then, the back carries the suspension of WP Apex Pro 7746 long-distance preload settings offering precision driving experience as well as tunable compression and rebound settings.

This reliable control is supported by a set of Brembo 19RCS Corsa Corta radial master brakes derived from MotoGP, covering the front-brake caliber Brembo Stylema floating 290 mm. This is coupled to a two-piston split 230 mm on the back providing a strong braking.

For the cockpit, KTM R8 RC has a 5-inch TFT screen with continuous data recording capabilities and utilizes the AIM RaceStudio function to research certain performance metrics.

Talking about its performance, this motorbike is equipped with an 889 cc parallel-twin LC8c DOHC 8-valve engine, providing up to 135 ps of power supported by a drain system from the Akrapovic exhaust.

Although the company from Austria has not disclosed its price, the motor will be available exclusively online via a pre-order portal on the KTM.com page, broadcast on March 20.

Prospective buyers can order one of the 100 available units by only pre-booking 1,000 euros (equivalent to Rp. 16.9 million).
