2. Four glasses of water at dinner
Next, it is recommended to drink water regularly at night until bedtime. Drink 4 glasses of water at night with one glass of water distributed before eating, one glass of water after dinner, one glass of water after tarawih, and one glass of water before bed. Drink water before eating and after eating can help smooth the digestive process of food.
3. Two glasses of water during Sahur
Sahur is advised to drink at least 2 glasses of water. You can share it, namely one glass when you wake up and eat and one glass after eating suhoor.
