Shin Tae-yong Relieved, Suwon FC Invites Pratama Arhan To Defend The Indonesian National Team
JAKARTA - Shin Tae-yong received good news from Pratama Arhan. Suwon FC gave Arhan permission to defend the Indonesian national team against Vietnam in the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers.
The news that Suwon FC was willing to release Arhan to the Indonesian national team was a relief for Shin Tae-yong. The K League 1 club even officially uploaded it to an Instagram account regarding Arhan joining the Garuda Squad.
"We have been contacted about the list of Indonesian national team players participating in the second round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualification in the Asian Zone against Vietnam," wrote Suwon FC's official Instagram account quoted on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
"(Pratama) Arhan was chosen to join the Indonesian national team to play the second round of the 2026 Asian Zone Qualification World Cup," continued the official statement.

The announcement also shows openly the attitude of Suwon FC who is willing and willing to release Arhan.
Furthermore, Arhan will be rescheduled to return to the country to attend the training camp (TC) which starts on March 17, 2024.
Arhan became one of 28 players on the Indonesian national team's call list ahead of the match against Vietnam.
The former PSIS Semarang player will compete with a number of defenders, such as Nathan Tjoe-A-On, Elkan Baggott, Jordi Amat, Sandy Walsh, Rizky Ridho, and Asnawi Mangkualam.
The Indonesian national team will face Vietnam in the 2026 Asian Zone World Cup Qualification Group F match. The match against Vietnam will take place on March 21 and 26, 2024.
Meanwhile, Arhan has yet to make his Suwon FC debut after officially joining in January 2024. The 22-year-old is still in the process of joining the main squad.
