Catherine Wilson Will Present Witnesses From The Family At The Divorce Session With Idham Masse

JAKARTA - The divorce trial of Catherine Wilson and Idham Masse was again held at the Depok Religious Court (PA) with an initial evidentiary agenda. In this trial, Catherine Wilson was absent again as well as Idham Masse.

"Today's trial is in accordance with the schedule set by the panel of judges, which is written evidence from Catherine's mother as the plaintiff," said Dody Haryanto, Catherine Wilson's attorney at the Depok PA, Wednesday, March 13.

The evidence submitted by Dody in this trial was in the form of a marriage book stating that the marriage of Catherine Wilson and Idham Masse was religiously valid.

In addition, the domicile address of Catherine Wilson herself has now settled in Depok City.

"Well, what is proven today is one, a marriage book from Catherine's mother, confirming that if they have a husband and wife, it is legalized according to a marriage book. Then the next step is domicile, domicile why I appear domicile because my client's whereabouts are in the Depok city area," continued Dody.

For the next trial to be held two weeks from today, Catherine Wilson plans to present witnesses. Dody explained that the witness consisted of Catherine's biological family.

"Witnesses, we will continue to communicate with Catherine's mother. But prioritizing blood relations and family," he explained.

Unlike Catherine, it is said that Idham Masse will present witnesses from employees who know clearly about her domestic life with Catherine while in Sidrap, South Sulawesi.

"From employees with family, in the sidrap they all mingle, employees with their families and daily they see," concluded Ilham Rasyid, Idham Masse's attorney.
