BRI Insurance Provides Online Claim Service During The Eid 2024 Period
JAKARTA - PT BRI Asuransi Indonesia or BRI Insurance provides reporting services and monitors for the online vehicle claim process in the Lebaran 2024 period.
BRI Insurance President Director Budi Legowo explained that the initiative arose because he considered homecoming trips that might experience risks, such as vehicles experiencing disturbances, minor accident incidents and so on.
"If you experience the risk of vehicles during Eid homecoming, people don't have to bother anymore because now submitting a vehicle claim can be easily accessed through the BRINSmobile application," Budi said in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Monday, March 11.
Customers can enter the claim reporting ticket number as well as the vehicle plate number, which will then appear the weighted vehicle policy number that has been reported.
Furthermore, customers can monitor the claim process through the application. The claim reporting process lasts for 1x24 hours.
Apart from BRINSmobile, customers can also access claim services on other BRI Insurance channels, namely call center 14081 and WhatsApp 08118014081 which can also be accessed 1x24 hours. Then, there is also a service option through the BRI Official Insurance website www.brins.co.id.
BRI Insurance Technical Director Ade Zulfikar said the company is trying to adapt to changes in people's behavior, which now prefers online services. This is realized by the company through the integrated digital service BRINS Claim Service Solution (B-Class).
"The insurance claims that are known to be complicated are that we are simplifying in one digital system," he said.
