PDIP Will Bring The Kapolda To Witness The Presidential Election Fraud At The Constitutional Court

PDI Perjuangan is said to be bringing a number of witness evidence to the Constitutional Court (MK) regarding the lawsuit against the results of the 2024 presidential election after it was announced by the General Elections Commission (KPU). One of the witnesses is a Regional Police Chief or Kapolda.

Deputy Deputy for Legal Affairs TPN Ganjar-Mahfud Henry Yosodiningrat said that in the lawsuit to the Constitutional Court, his party did not focus on the difference in the votes acquired by Ganjar-Mahfud with the winner. But in massive systematic structured fraud (TSM).

"We have very strong data and evidence. We will not get along with the problem of the difference in the number of acquisitions, but we will focus on TSM because this crime is already extraordinary. We will convince the judge with evidence that we have TSM really crime," Henry said as quoted from Akbar Faizal Uncensored's podcast, Monday, March 11.

According to him, it is not new if the Constitutional Court decides that the election process will be repeated. Because, this has happened in several countries.

The TPN legal team will also submit a number of experts to the trial such as mass sociology experts.

Furthermore, Henry said, Ganjar-Mahfud's defeat in Central Java was considered inseparable from the mobilization of power. In fact, the presidential candidate number 3 had served as governor in the province for 10 years, and Central Java was the PDI-P's vote base.

His party will prove that in the Constitutional Court there is a mobilization of power starting from deploying state officials, such as intimidation carried out by the Sector Police and Polres.

"Without it there would be no difference of voice like that. We have evidence that a village head has been forced by the police, there is also evidence that the community wants to choose this but is directed to another candidate, and we will submit a Kapolda. We know everyone is playing intimidation, tomorrow the regional police chief is called to be removed," he continued.

Henry confirmed the alleged mobilization of the masses not to exercise voting rights in Sragen Regency in Central Java, so voter participation was quite low around 30 percent.

Henry added that the damage to the 2024 General Election had been designed and planned by the authorities which began with the forced son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Gibran Rakabuming Raka to run as Vice Presidential Candidate for Prabowo Subianto.

Gibran advanced in political contestation after there were presidential problems in the Constitutional Court, then continued to the KPU who accepted the registration of candidate pairs Prabowo-Gibran even though the age requirement to become presidential and vice presidential candidates at that time was 40 years. In fact, Gibran is 36 years old.

"Here it seems that everything is planned, Jokowi intervenes in the law and legal implementers," said Henry.
