Binuang Village Residents Continue Search For Smart Air Planes
JAKARTA - Two teams from the residents of Binuang Village, Central Krayan District, Nunukan Regency, continued their search for Smart Air-Boardy Pc6 aircraft to Tarakan-Binuang. Where, the plane has lost contact since Friday, March 8.
"We just finished meeting tonight and on Saturday, our residents have a team to search," said Ba Binuang Village Head Kalvin Daud Ipid/Pagu quoting Antara.
Kalvin said one team consisted of 15 people, of which two teams would enter the forest in Punang Bayur, while the other residents of Binuang Village helped prepare logistics.
From Binuang to the location of the coordinates, it is suspected that the plane crashed, using a two-wheeled vehicle for 20 minutes.

The plane belonging to Smart Aviation was reported to have lost contact after taking off from Juwata Tarakan International Airport, Friday (8/2) at 08.25 WITA to Binuang, Krayan, Nunukan at 09.25 WITA.
This pioneering plane carried 21 items of basic necessities weighing 583 kilograms. These items include 25 kilograms of sugar, toothpaste, coffee, and candy.
