Afif emphasized that the KPU made preparations from the start in dealing with PHPU by preparing an internal and external team.
They also compiled internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the management of PHPU cases at the Constitutional Court.
"The KPU has also prepared a PHPU handling scheme in the Constitutional Court by conducting a case title against the petition submitted by the applicant," he said.
