Having Iseng's Nature, Bimbim Slank Had Can't Believe His Father Died

Slank Band Drummer, Bimo Setiawan alias Bimbim Slank is experiencing grief after his father, Sidharta M Soemarno, reportedly died on Monday, March 4.

However, Bimbim admitted that he did not believe the news because his father had previously been critical in 2013 but was able to regain consciousness. In fact, he had felt that he and his family were being pranked by his father.

"When he first stroked, last year, he was also unconscious. When we were resigned and praying, he woke up again," said Bimbim Slank at the Karet Bivak TPU, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, March 5.

The reason was that at that time, his father, who was suspected of pretending to be unconscious, suddenly woke up and immediately asked to find lontong sayur.

"Asked that, 'Where's the rice cake?' Coincidentally, at that time it was indeed Hajj, yes," added Bimbim.

"I'm afraid I won't get rice cake, because I really like rice cake," said Bimbim's wife, Reny Setiawati.

Seeing this, Bimbim admitted that his father did have a fun nature. Not only to him, but also to his mother, Iffet Veceha Sidharta or better known as Mother Iffet.

"Pak Sidartha is very happy to joke, his wife also likes to be pranked. Likes to prank him," said Bimbim Slank.

No wonder at the critical moment yesterday, Bimbim still had confidence that his father would regain consciousness and be healthy and ask rice cake.

"When I died yesterday, it turned out that this one was true. I thought I still wanted to wake up again, asking for rice cake," concluded Bimbim Slank.
