Prambanan Jazz Festival 2024 Usung Concept Inclusive And Nostalgia

The Prambanan Jazz Festival will be held again on July 5, 6 and 7, 2024. Entering the 10th event, this festival offers elements of music, culture and nostalgia.

A number of performers have been announced through the @prambananjazz Instagram account. Several domestic musicians who appeared among them were Ardhito Pramono, JKT48, Kahitna, Kunto Aji, Yura, Yuni Shara, Sal Priadi to Tulus.

Meanwhile, from the international arena, there will be special treats from Queen at The Opera to composers behind the song Jai Ho, A.R Rahman. The Indian genius will appear exclusively at this year's Prambanan Jazz Festival special show.

"I managed to convince AR Rahman agents to only play at the Prambanan Jazz Festival without in other cities or countries," said Anas Alami as founder of Prambanan Jazz.

This year's Prambanan Jazz was deliberately made inclusive to bring in spectators from various ages. "So the target is to get to the family, and this event will also be elderly friendly, everyone can watch it," added Tovic Raharja as Project Manager for Prambanan Jazz.

In the celebration of the 1 decade Prambanan Jazz Festival, Rajawali Indonesia has conceptualized a time tunnel to commemorate the journey of Prambanan Jazz from year to year. Apart from the committee, media colleagues and spectators are also expected to be involved for nostalgia together during the three days of the event.
