Completed Examined, Chancellor Of Pancasila University ETH Asked 32 Questions About Alleged Harassment
The Chancellor of the University of Pancasila, Edie Toet Hendratno alias ETH, has finished undergoing examination as a reported person in a case of alleged sexual harassment. A total of 32 questions were asked by investigators.
"There are 32 questions and our client has answered them completely well," said Edie Toet Hendratno's attorney, Faizal Hafied to VOI, Tuesday, March 5.
Dozens of questions raised by investigators are said to be still about the series of incidents in the alleged sexual harassment case.
Not only that, continued Faizal, his client also submitted several pieces of evidence which were said to be able to refute allegations that his client had sexually harassed him.
Although it was not conveyed in a manner, it was said that three pieces of evidence had been submitted to investigators.
"There are 3 important authentic evidences presented," said Faizal.
Meanwhile, this examination is an investigative step in investigating the report made by DF.

Edie Toet Hendratno was reported by DF to Bareskrim Polri. The report is registered with the number LP/B/36/I/2024/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI.
However, the report was transferred from Bareskrim to Polda Metro Jaya.
In addition, Edie Toet Hendratno was also reported by RZ who is an employee at Pancasila University. The report is registered with the number LP/B/193/I/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya, dated January 12, 2024.
In handling the report, investigators have asked Edie for information on March 1.
In both reports, Edie Toet Hendratno is suspected of violating Article 6 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS).
