Long Awaited, Porsche Taycan Turbo GT Introduced March 11
JAKARTA - Waiting for the presence of the high-performance version of the Taycan model will end. Porsche announced that the car will be introduced on March 11.
Reporting from the company's website, Tuesday, March 5, the introduction of the Taycan Turbo GT will be presented by Kevin Giek, as Vice President of Product Line Taycan and two racers of the Porsche manufacturer, Timo Bernhard and Lars Kern.
This German manufacturer dubbed the car the most dynamic Taycan of all time and will join the extreme-performance vehicle line. Not only that, this well-known brand also features a teaser that provides an overview of the design of the model.
In the teaser's image, the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT has an aggressive aero package like the rear wing that resembles a photo of a spy catch and a pre-production prototype when tested at the Nurburgring Nordschleife circuit, Germany.

Earlier this year, the car was driven by Lars Kern, a manufacturer and Porsche development racer, in obtaining a record fastest time at the Nurburgring Nordschleife circuit. Kern managed to book a time of 7:07.55 on the legendary track.
Thus, this car recorded a time of 26 seconds faster than the Turbo S Sport variant in August 2022 and 18 seconds faster than its rival, the Tesla Model S Plaid.
However, the score recorded in Taycan is still less than the other supercar, Rimac Nevera, which recorded a time of 7:05,298 in Nurburgring or Taycan two seconds later.
This German manufacturer does not want to reveal the specifications of the high-performance EV. However, it is estimated that Taycan Turbo GT will get three electric motors that produce 1,000 dk of power or approach the Tesla Model S Plaid with 1,020 dk.
