Progres Dugaan Korupsi 2 Dapen BUMN, Announcement Tunggu Kejagung Temui Erick Thohir
Attorney General ST Burhanuddin said the Attorney General's Office (AGO) immediately announced two pension funds (dappen) for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) that were undergoing investigation.
"Actually, it's just a matter of implementation. We and the Minister of SOEs (Erick Thohir) will soon meet us, to submit (the results of the report)," said Burhanuddin in Jakarta, Monday, March 4, quoted by Antara.
Burhanuddin said the AGO would schedule a special meeting with SOE Minister Erick Thohir to discuss the results of the examination.
However, he also said it was possible that the submission of the report was carried out by the Directorate of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) with the Deputy Minister of BUMN Kartika Wirjoatmodjo.
Meanwhile, Erick Thohir said that he was still unable to provide more detailed information regarding the two dapens managed by the country's corporations.
According to him, the Ministry of SOEs is still waiting for the examination process carried out by the AGO.
"Later on, Mr. JA (Jaksa Agung Burhanuddin) has conveyed, Mr. Ateh (Head of BPKP) is already working, so wait for the process. Yes, if possible last week but it's a process, be patient," said Erick.
