"The highest inflation-period subgroup is food of 6.86 percent. Meanwhile, the dominant commodities contributed or contributed to inflation in February 2024, namely rice of 0.32 percent, red chilies of 0.15 percent, chicken meat of 0.10 percent, cooking oil and garlic respectively by 0.04 percent, and beef of 0.03 percent. But previously in January there was a lot of deflation, so at that time there were many prices that fell, "said Dwi. Meanwhile, based on the trend, continued Dwi, the increase that occurred compared to the previous 2022 to February 2024 period, the highest year to year inflation rate was recorded to occur in September 2022 by 4.61 percent. Then in November 2023, the year to year inflation rate in DKI Jakarta reached 2.33 percent and in December 2023 it was 2.28 percent. Meanwhile, in January 2024 the year to year inflation rate was 1.83 percent.
