Hyundai Introduces The Latest Ioniq 5 And Ioniq 5 N Line, Sold From March 2024 In South Korea

Hyundai launched an update on its electric crossover, Ioniq 5, and the highest version, Ioniq 5 N Line by presenting features and design improvements.

The manufacturer said that the presence of the Ioniq 5 update aims to maintain competitiveness in EV ranks and increase consumer satisfaction by presenting new technology.

Reporting from the brand's official website, Monday, March 4, the exterior upgrade consists of V-shaped decorations on the front and rear bumpers that leave the impression of the SUV low and wide. Thus, the length of this vehicle increased by 20 mm to 4,655 mm. While the other dimensions did not change with a width of 1,890 mm, a height of 1,605 mm, and a wheelbase of 3,000 mm.

To further fine-tune its dynamic appearance and aerodynamic performance, the rear spoiler has been extended by 50 mm, and the vehicle is now equipped with the latest design rims.

Then, the interior is improved by presenting a center console equipped with physical buttons that can operate a number of functions, such as the first row seat and a heat/ventilation steering wheel as well as parking assistance.

In addition, wireless charging pads are moved from the bottom to the top, thereby increasing their significant usefulness. Hyundai is also implementing a next-generation infotainment system called Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) as well as over-the-air (OTA) software updates.

The cabin is also equipped with a touch of N Line, including steering wheel, dashboard, metal pedal, black headliner, and a red accented seat creating a dynamic and aggressive impression.

Both Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 5 N Line are available to South Korean customers from March 2024 by introducing them defensively to global markets throughout the year.
