6 Body Signs Need To Move, One Of Them Is Pain And Kaku Sendi

JAKARTA - The body works the most efficiently if it moves regularly. Most people mark their bodies as moving a lot or not from the numbers seen on the scales.

If the body has been moving a lot, the weight will decrease, while there is not enough movement because weight has soared. In fact, other things such as difficulty sleeping, joint pain, and excessive anxiety are also indicators that the body needs more movement.

Launching the Livestrong page, Monday, March 4, VOI will explain further signs that the body needs more movement. Stay tuned if you want to be healthy, come on.

Many people don't exercise because they think it will increase pain and joint stiffness. While there may have been an increase in temporary discomfort at first, there are overall positive effects in the long term if you exercise," said Bradley Dyer, DO, doctor and founder of Premier Integrative Health.

"Actually, it is physical inactivity that causes chronic pain and stiffness. Mobility can increase inflammation and reduce joint mobility. Regular physical activity supports joint health by increasing the production of sinovial fluids, lubricating joints, reducing friction, and increasing mobility," continued Doctor Dyer.

If you feel you can't concentrate or have trouble solving problems at work, maybe the cause is a lack of activity.

The lack of exercise can cause reduced blood flow, affect brain ability to function optimally and have an impact on overall decreased concentration, memory, and cognitive ability, said Dr. Dyer.

Physical activity increases blood flow to the brain, encourages the growth of new neurons and improves neural connectivity. Exercise also activates several genes that improve cognitive health and are a powerful stimulator of BDNF [Brain Derived Neurotropic Factor] which is like 'Growing to grow' for the brain,' he said.

Feeling lethargic all day? The body tells you that it needs more movement.

Energy needs to be generated by the body, said Dr Dyer. The organization in the body is responsible for producing energy called mitochondria. The best way to improve mitochondrial function and encourage the body to make more mitochondria is to exercise regularly.

"High intensity interval (HIIT) training is one of the best ways to achieve this," he said.

"The tension in the neck, shoulders, legs, or other areas can be a sign that you need to move. This is one way the body communicates with you," said Jen Aks, director and founder of The Power of Gesture.

Often moving helps increase circulation, relax muscles, and prevent muscle imbalance because it is in one position for too long.

"The best way to relieve tension is to move. Walking, dancing, or doing simple exercise can be a way," he said.

"You'd be surprised how much tension you can release just by moving your hands," said Aks.

Sport is a natural stress reliever. Sports reduces the production of stress hormones such as cortisol and triggers the release of endorphins, which is a natural mood boost, "said Dr. Dyer.

If you haven't exercised for a long time, do some movements - even just light yoga - can reduce levels of cortisol and improve mood, according to a small study in 2013 in the Eid Journal of Psychiatry.

"Physical activity regularly also increases relaxation, improves sleep quality, and increases confidence, all of which contribute to reducing stress, anxiety, and mood swings," he said.

Referring to a systematic review of 2023 in the British Journal of Sports Medicine' which shows that consistent sports 1.5 times (150 percent) are better than antidepressants or psychotherapy in improving symptoms of depression and anxiety.

A 2018 study in Nutrients found that exercise actually helps curb your appetite. Research on the newer 2022 animals in Nature found that high-intensity exercise, such as running, swimming, lifting weights, and cycling, activates "anti-flood" molecules that help curb appetite.

And even if you don't do high-intensity exercise, lower-intensity sports such as outdoor walks can help prevent the desire to snack because they are bored.
