Honda Presents Black Edition Pilot, Highest Variant Of Premium Elements

JAKARTA - The Honda Pilot, one of the Honda SUVs sold in the United States (US) now comes with a trim Black Edition as an option for consumers who want a premium-style car. This latest trim will be a 2025 model that has a special touch on the outside and inside.

"The addition of the Black Edition to the Honda Pilot really ensures that our main family SUV continues to be a benchmark in the medium-sized 3-line SUV class," said Lance Woelfer, Assistant Vice President of Honda National Auto Sales American Honda Motor Co, quoted from the company's website, Monday, March 4.

The highest positioned among other types, Black Edition has a premium look with a 20-inch rim and a Gloss Black grating as well as an upper side rear rear rear rear rearview mirror. Then, on the front grip and backdoor, a 'Black Edition' badge is added to make it look more exclusive.

As for the interior, it is also more exclusive because the only variant that gets a red accented cabin layer on the steering wheel, seat, door panel, and center console. The 'Black Edition' badge is pasted on the front seat and mattress.

Carrying the spirit of 'Safety for Everyone', this car also gets a number of safety devices on the Honda Sensing, consisting of the Collision Mitigation Braking System with Pedestrian Detection, Forward Collision Warning, Road Departure Mitigation, Lane Keeping Assist System, and Adaptive Cruise Control.

The Black Edition pilot received a price tag of 55,675 US dollars or equivalent to Rp.874 million. This price includes shipping costs imposed at 1,395 US dollars or around Rp. 21.9 million.
