Maluku Police Chief Removes Manipa Police Chief For Rarely Officed
JAKARTA - Maluku Police Chief Inspector General Lotharia Latif ordered Propam to conduct an internal examination and replace the Manipa Police Chief, West Seram Regency (SBB) Ipda HR Bolohroy from his position.
The dismissal of the police chief was carried out after the public complained about their performance.
The police chief is complained of rarely having offices, including when securing the recapitulation of election vote calculations.
"From the results of the investigation conducted by Propam, the Kapolda then removed the Manipa Police Chief from his position and ordered to evaluate other members who did not carry out their duties properly and responsibly," said Head of Public Relations of the Maluku Police, Kombes M. Roem Ohoirat, in Ambon, reported by ANTARA, Friday, March 1.
He said the Manipa Police Chief was withdrawn and questioned after the Kapolda ordered the Maluku Police Propam to follow up on public reports.

Furthermore, the position of the Manipa Police Chief will be replaced with the acting (Plt) by Ipda Edwin Ricardo Mangare, who previously served as PS. Kanit 1 Dalmas Satsamapta Maluku Police.
According to Kombes Roem, the Kapolda pays attention to community services. Therefore, the "Basudara Manise" program was rolled out to create a safe, peaceful and prosperous society with the presence of members of the National Police in the community.
"Mr. Kapolda conveyed that the Police are obliged to serve and protect the community wherever they are assigned even though they are full of limitations," he said.
