Jokowi Arrives In South Sumatra After Kunker At IKN, Will Attend Muhammadiyah Congress

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo continued his working visit to Palembang, South Sumatra (Sumsel), Friday, March 1.

Departure of the head of state after completing activities in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan (Kaltim).

Quoting Antara, the President arrived at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport in Palembang City, South Sumatra, Friday, March 1 evening.

The Indonesian Presidential Aircraft-1 which brought the President and his entourage landed at around 16.05 WIB.

It seemed to welcome the President's arrival at the airport, namely the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Acting Governor of South Sumatra Agus Fatoni, Pangdam II/Sriwijaya Major General Yanuar Adil, and South Sumatra Police Chief Inspector General Pol. A. Rachmad Wibowo.

In Palembang City, President Jokowi will attend the Inauguration of the Opening of the 2024 Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) Congress at Jakabaring Sport City.

Also accompanying President Jokowi during a visit to Palembang City were Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan, Investment Minister/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board Bahlil Lahadalia, Presidential Military Secretary Major General Rudi Saladin, and Paspampres Commander Major General TNI Achiruddin.
