Children Of VR Artists With Child Status Conflict With Law On Binus School Serpong Bullying Case
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Tangerang Police, AKP Alvino Cahyadi held a press conference regarding a bullying case involving the son of a VR artist, FLR, at the South Tangerang Metro Police, Friday, March 1.
In this case, Alvino named 4 suspects in this case who were 18 years to 19 years old and all were male. It is suspected that the daughter of the VR artist is not included in the suspect.
"E, aged 18 years 3 months, male, student, R, aged 18 years 3 months, male, student, J, aged 18 years 11 months, male, student, G, aged 19, male, student," said Alvino Cahyadi at the South Tangerang Metro Police, Friday, March 1.
The daughter of a VR artist is suspected of being in the category of Child who is in conflict with Law, aka ABH along with 6 other witness children. FLR is included in this category because he is still a minor.
"7 witnesses' children are designated as children with conflict with law (ABH). Under the age and/or beating as referred to in Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law No. 35 of 2014 on the second amendment to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and/or Article 170 of the Criminal Code," continued Alvino.
Furthermore, Alvino said that there was 1 witness who was suspected of being a suspect in harassment and was subject to Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence DAB/or Article 170 of the Criminal Code.

So Alvino determined that the suspects involved in the bullying case at Binus School Serpong were 12 people.
"So the total set is 12 people, with details, 8 children are in conflict with the law and 4 suspects," he concluded.
