President Jokowi Enjoys Night At IKN With Ministers, Including AHY, Who Used To Be The Hardest Criticizing

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo together with ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet and TNI Commander Agus Subiyanto enjoyed the evening in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan.

As reported by ANTARA, President Jokowi left the cabin where he spent the night at around 19:45 WITA, then joined the ministers who were gathered.

Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, Minister of Investment/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Trade Zulkifli Hasan, Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, and Head of the IKN Authority Bambang Susantono.

Also present were Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Council Wiranto, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, to the IKN Development Curator Ridwan Kamil. They talk warmly while eating the dishes served, from barbeku to durian fruit.

"Mr. (President) asked for fried rice and ceplok eggs. You also asked for tea from sugar palm coffee," said Claudio, the President's cook.

Eating that night was accompanied by music. On one occasion, Minister Basuki appeared playing drums with the TNI Commander Agus who played guitar.

Meanwhile, Minister Bahlil sang the song "Tititip Rindu Buat Ayah" by Ebiet G. Ade.

Ridwan Kamil as the IKN Development Curator said President Jokowi always looked very cheerful if he was spending the night at IKN.

"What does this indicate? Atmosphere, there is a spirit of optimism to see dreams come true, the sinking is also in the middle of the forest, if a lot of trees are oxygen going down, so they are more relaxed, accompanied by entertaining people too. There is Mr. Bahlil, there is Mr. Erick, I sometimes like to be funny too, it turns out to be expensive," said Ridwan Kamil.

"Indeed taking care of the country is tough, but there must be relaxed moments. You often laugh freely, extraordinary. So, I think this historic event is in my memory," he continued.
