Four Alternative Music Streaming Platforms Apart From Spotify
JAKARTA 'Spotify is one of the most music streaming services with users. This platform offers many choices of music, but its app still has some flaws.
The music service with more than 600 million users has a fairly high monthly fee. In addition, there are still songs and genres that are not available on Spotify. If you feel that shortage, you can use other music services as an alternative.
The first music application that can be recommended is Apple Music. By using Apple's music streaming service, you can get high-quality audio support through the soundimsersive feature with dynamic tracking.
Unfortunately, Apple Music doesn't provide free versions like Spotify. If you need free music services like Spotify and no problem with advertising, you can switch to YouTube-made music service, YouTube Music.
YouTube Music has a more sophisticated algorithm in search for songs and albums. If users forget the title of the song they want to hear, they just need to type in the lyrics of the song they remember and YouTube Music will display the appropriate song.
The only drawback of this app is the limited playback of songs outside the app. Every time you leave the YouTube Music app, the song you're playing will immediately stop. The song can only run in the background if the user subscribes.

The next alternative to avoiding Spotify is Amazon Music. The app is quite famous overseas and offers a free song listening session. However, the free version will reduce audio quality and song selection will be limited.
Finally, there is a music platform called SoundCloud. This application was once famous in its time, including in Indonesia. Several singers used this application to upload theirs again so that the application felt more exclusive.
However, this application is not up-to-date like any other music platform. If Spotify could immediately launch singer songs from various countries officially when the song was released, SoundCloud was not like that.
