The Rp7.5 Billion Restitution Lawsuit Session Of Brigadier J's Family Held Tuesday Afternoon
JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court will hold the first trial of the family civil lawsuit of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J regarding restitution, today.
In the lawsuit, Brigadier J's family demanded restitution of Rp7.5 billion.
"Brigadir J First Trial at 13.00 in Court Room 3," said the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, February 27.
Based on the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court, the parents of Brigadier J, Samuel Hutabarat and Rosti Simanjuntak registered the lawsuit on Tuesday, February 13.
In the lawsuit registered with number 167/Pdt.G/2024/PN JKT.SEL, there were 6 defendants, including the former Head of the Propam Polri Ferdy Sambo; Sambo's Wife, Putri Candrawathi; Richard Total Pudihang Lumiu alias Bharada E; Ricky Rizal Wibowo (Bripka RR); Strong Ma'ruf; and the Indonesian Police Chief.
In addition, the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the Minister of Finance became the defendants in the lawsuit.
"The value of the dispute is IDR 7,583,202,000.00," wrote SIPP.

As a reminder, the Supreme Court (MA) has decided the cases of the defendants in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J, namely Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawati, Ricky Rizal Wibowo, Strong Ma'ruf on August 8, 2023.
The Supreme Court's sentence was handed down against Ferdy Sambo to life imprisonment, Putri Candrawati and Strong Ma'ruf to 10 years in prison, and Ricky Rizal Wibowo was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
