Serious Commitment In Indonesia, RMA Indonesia Inaugurates Ford's New Dealer Network In West Jakarta
JAKARTA - RMA Indonesia, Ford Brand Holder Agent (APM) in Indonesia, together with PT Trijaya Auto Mandiri, today, Monday, February 26, officially announced the opening of Ford's official dealer in Jakarta.
Located in the Tomang area, West Jakarta, precisely on Jalan Arjuna Utara No. 131 Tomang Petamburan Village, this dealer adopted 3S (Sales, Service, and Sparepart) standard services. The presence of this branch shows Indonesia's commitment to expanding Ford brand presence in Indonesia.

In October 2023, RMA Indonesia announced its strategic collaboration with PT Trijaya Auto Mandiri through the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI), represented by Jari Kohonen as Country Manager and Director of RMA Indonesia, Dr. Steven Beteng as Director of Sales and Marketing RMA Indonesia, as well as David Arianto as Director of Operations from PT Trijaya Auto Mandiri.
Currently, RMA Indonesia and Ford already have a network of 30 authorized dealers spread across 21 cities in Indonesia. The majority of these authorized dealers still carry the 2S (Sales and Service) concept, while Ford's official dealer with the 3S concept has been present in Mampang (Jakarta), Banjarmasin, Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Palangkaraya, and now added with Dealer 3S, namely TOM Dealers in Jakarta.
