YOGYAKARTA Bored is defined as a condition of not doing anything. Emotionally, boredom is seen as an unpleasant emotion where lack of enthusiasm and difficulty concentrating on current activities. Everyone has experienced boredom. According to a survey reported by Psychology Today, Sunday, February 25, between 30 percent and 90 percent of American adults experience boredom at a time in their daily lives. Teenagers as much as 91-98 percent also experienced boredom.

Boredom is similar to mental fatigue caused by repetition and lack of asking for details of the tasks being done. In any experience, something predictable and repeated, will be boring.
Flowing is a completely immersed state in a challenging task, it can also be called being in a certain zone according to your ability'. A person who does not have inner resources to overcome boredom will constructively depend on external stimulation. Without inner entertainment skills, the outside world will always fail to provide sufficient joy and novelty.
