JAKARTA - Chairman of the General Elections Commission (KPU) Hasyim Asy'ari admitted that he had corrected inaccurate or in synchronous sirekap data between the photo of the plano form C results and the conversion results.Inaccurate Sirekap data improvements are still being carried out since D+1 after the vote or February 15 until today."For the presidential and vice presidential elections, 74,181 simultaneous records have been corrected," said Hasyim at the KPU office, Central Jakarta, Friday, February 23.In addition to data on the president and vice president, the KPU also corrected the sirekap data in the legislative general elections (pileg) at the DPR and DPD levels."For the DPR (repair of sirekap data) as many as 14,651 polling stations, then for the DPD election there are 10,512," explained Hasyim. As previously reported, KPU Chairman Hasyim Asy'ari some time ago said that a sirekap automatic reader (sound recapitulation information system) had a problem. So that the emergent sirekap data does not match the form in C1."The system in sirekap has a system for conversions that read the form and then the number will automatically appear, there is a problem there," said Hasyim at the KPU office, Jakarta, Thursday, February 15.However, continued Hasyim, if there is an error or difference in the data in the sirekap, the KPU will monitor it.
"So everything that was conveyed to us through WA or social media uploads basically through a monitored system, which one fits, which one doesn't, which one fits, which one doesn't," explained Hasyim.
