Passengers Play With Bombs At Minangkabau Airport, Forcedly Deployed And Examined
PARIAMAN - Padang Pariaman Police, West Sumatra confirmed that the issue of a bomb on an airplane at Minangkabau International Airport (BIM) began with the canda of a passenger with the initials FF (63).
"One of the passengers on the Super Air Jet to Kualanamu departed at 10.00 WIB throwing jokes when placing items on the shelf above the passenger seat," said Padang Pariaman Police Chief AKBP Ahmad Faisol Amir as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, February 22.
He said the joke with the bomb was heard by the flight attendant on duty, then reported it to the airport.
Passengers are forcibly lowered to undergo examination.
"So joking can be a threat," he said.
As a result of his actions, the perpetrator who threw the joke was subject to the threat of one year in prison.
The police urge the public of prospective airplane passengers or will enter the airport to comply with the rules and act wisely so that unwanted things do not happen.
Meanwhile, BIM AOC Chairman Eko Pujianto said that in accordance with applicable regulations for anyone who makes jokes related to bombs on the plane, they will be followed up in accordance with the provisions.
